That’s why we have more than 49 sites nationwide to help get your parcel delivered on time, no matter where you need it to be. We also work with multiple partners, including Guernsey Post, and Jersey Post so we can deliver to every postcode in the UK.
All orders shipped by Yodel, whether your a customer on one of 13 channels that we sell on are FREE of charge to our customers both B2B and Direct.
Yodel operates a delivery contract with Auto Factor offering a direct collection service making us locally the only Business in the area to benefit from a dedicated HGV coming into our yard five days a week.
Since working with yodel we have enjoyed a successful delivery rate of over 99.87% (using 10,000 orders as a metric). Meaning that they are performing higher than Royal Mail and Evri.
Important notes to bare in mind when purchasing from us:
*No parcel will ever provide tracking info until its scanned into a HUB since our collection is HGV based by Yodel themselves and not a contractor.
*All parcels are insured and Yodel offer a very robust tracking and delivery confirmation system.
*Yodel offers a support service not found anywhere else in comparison with real live chat and options to hold / re-direct and deliver for all customers.
*Full UK Coverage with most deliveries being completed in 24 hours.
We also offer premium delivery automatically for both back orders and orders over £100 in value which will be serviced by either DHL, UPS or DPD.
